Project Overview
This washroom refurbishment in Northumberland involved the manufacture and supply of Olympic Range cubicles, full height IPS systems, compact flat panel vanity units and urinal privacy panels. The selected specification created modern and durable facilities suitable for both staff and public use whilst maintaining a clean and welcoming appearance throughout.
Client Engagement
Throughout the project, we worked closely with the client and appointed contractors to ensure the selected layouts, finishes and products met the requirements of the site. The project incorporated a combination of public, staff and unisex washroom facilities.
Design and Planning
Working from the project requirements, we produced detailed manufacturing drawings to ensure all products were manufactured accurately to suit the proposed layouts. The final design made efficient use of the available space whilst maintaining practicality throughout the facilities.
Colour Selection
The client selected a combination of Arezzo Walnut and Fango throughout the washroom facilities. The combination of warm woodgrain and neutral tones helped create a modern and welcoming appearance.
Material Selection
The Olympic Range cubicles were manufactured from Moisture Resistant MFC, whilst the vanity units were manufactured from Solid Grade Compact Laminate. The selected materials provided a durable solution suitable for a busy washroom environment.
Scope of Services
Our involvement included the design, manufacture and supply of the cubicles, IPS systems, vanity units and associated washroom panels. All products were manufactured to the agreed specification before being supplied for installation.
Project Objectives
The primary objectives of the project were to:
• Upgrade the existing washroom facilities with a modern appearance
• Provide durable and practical washroom systems suitable for daily use
• Create clean and easy-to-maintain washroom environments
The project also aimed to conceal plumbing and service elements through the use of full height IPS systems whilst maintaining a consistent finish throughout the facilities.

The completed refurbishment delivered modern and durable washroom facilities suitable for both staff and visitor use. The combination of Olympic Range cubicles, coordinated IPS systems and the Arezzo Walnut and Fango finish helped create clean and welcoming environments throughout the site.
