Colours requested in more than one board product may have a colour variation.

We cannot be held responsible for the discontinuation of hardware, board and/or colours.


Goods may have a tolerance of 5mm more or less than that specified the existence of such tolerances will not constitute a breach of contract, we accept no liability to “The Buyer” in respect of the existence of the tolerances in the Goods.

In the case of decorative finishes, neither adherence to a particular shade of colour nor perfect consistency of colour or pattern can be guaranteed. We accept no liability to “The Buyer” in respect of the existence of the tolerances in the Goods.

Cleaning & Maintenance

All Powder Coated Surfaces and Anodised (SSA) Surfaces must be cleaned with mild liquid soap only, the finish must then be wiped with a clean cloth and dried.

Under no circumstances must the following agents be used:

  • Abrasive powders or scouring pads
  • Ceramic tile cleaners
  • Solutions containing more than 1% be volume of ammonia
  • Solutions containing acids or lye
  • Solutions containing bleach

Delivery Information

  • Goods are normally distributed and delivered via a national network.
  • Long length such as head rail may be delivered separately from the cubicles.
  • Due to the size of the items, the packing cannot be made water proof. Therefore goods must not be left outside.
  • It is “The Buyers” responsibility to ensure you are able to receive the goods ordered.
  • All deliveries are to the kerb side.
  • The pallet size for “Standard Cubicles” is 1550 x 1850. Height and weight will depend on the quantity ordered. This should be taken into account when ordering.
  • Irrespective of the quantity ordered the items are big and heavy.
  • “The Buyer” should have the resources in which to accept delivery including getting the items from kerbside/delivery vehicle into their building.
  • It is “The Buyers” responsibility to ensure they are able to receive the goods and either have a forklift, access to a forklift or have adequate manpower to facilitate receipt of the goods ordered.
  • If a delivery cannot be made, is refused, turned away, “The Buyer” or their representatives are not on site, incorrect delivery details are given or for any other reason then the full cost of delivery would be payable prior to re-delivery.

Damage of Goods in Transit

Goods are delivered by pallet or similar either direct or by a third party. Upon delivery goods must be unpacked and inspected for damage prior to signing for a delivery.

If any goods are “Damaged in Transit”, goods must be signed for as damaged, this must be clearly stated on the Couriers delivery note.


If the Goods are signed for without prior inspection for whatever reason, you will assume responsibility for the goods and any damage.
