Specifications

Tops:	600mm depth faced in a high pressure laminate (HPL)
Board:	18mm M/Resistant MDF to a V313 specification.
Profile:	600mm deep x 75mm up stand x 200mm down stand – front & top edges Postformed
Face Colour:	North East Toilet Cubicle – Warrior & Olympic Washroom Colour Selections
Under Panels:	Option 1: Manufactured from our Olympic Range 19mm M/R MFC. Option 2: Manufactured from our Warrior Range 12/13mm Compact Laminate. Option 3: Manufactured from 18mm M/R MDF to a V313 specification. Faced in HPL. Duct panels are manufactured to suit lengths of units and location of basins. Duct Panels are fixed with “Keku” lift off / push fit panel clips provided
Support Frame::	Softwood, treaded timber to sole plate, manufactured and supplied by others on site. Timber Support Frames – downloadable drawings are provided as a Guide Only
Shadow Panels:	Option 1: Manufactured from our Olympic Range 19mm M/R MFC. Option 2: Manufactured from our Warrior Range 12/13mm Compact Laminate. Option 3: Manufactured from 18mm M/R MDF to a V313 specification. Faced in HPL. Shadow Panels must be correctly sealed – as our Guidance Drawings, IPS & Vanity Floor Detail.
Dimensions:	To suit site dimensions, where the Vanity units are required in excess of 3600mm in length or where the site dictates the units to be manufactured in multiple sections, the Vanity units will be provided with a loose up stand. This will be supplied loose for on site installation.
Heights:	Standard Heights – Adult 800mm ~ Junior 750mm ~ Infant 675mm ~ Nursery 600mm*
Basins:	These Vanity tops are suitable for inset/counter top, self rimming basins, they are not suitable for semi-recessed/semi-counter top or under slung basins. Cut outs and vanity cut edges/joints should be sealed prior to installation/fitting. We do not cut out for basins, this should be done on site by others.
Environments:	Suitable for most environments, not suitable for use in wet environments or were there may be excessive standing water.
